Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and health and safety precautions, please note that all sales are final. All products are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Good Karma SZN does not offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for general dissatisfaction, allergic reactions, or if a product is not suitable for your skin. Always consult your physician before purchasing a new product. There are no exceptions.

Customer Safety
We are committed to our customer’s safety, and this is why we have a strict no returns, refunds or exchanges policy in place. Product safety and upholding hygiene standards are a priority at Good Karma SZN. We are committed to your well-being which means by not accepting returns, it eliminates the possibility of contamination or tampering, guaranteeing you receive products that are fresh, and untouched. Since we do not accept returns, this eliminates the risk of introducing opened or used products into our inventory, which means our customers receive only brand-new products.

3rd Party Purchases
If you purchased any of our products through a third-party retailer, please be aware that we are not responsible for the quality, return, refund or exchange of those products. We advise to contact the retailer directly for assistance.

Order Modifications
We are unable to modify an order once it has been placed, including changing the shipping address, adding items to an order, and removing items from an order. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges in the event an order modification is requested.

Delivery Times + Delays
Delivery times vary. Please note that Good Karma SZN cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and is not responsible for any carrier related delays. We do not guarantee the estimated delivery date that is provided by the carrier in the order’s tracking information. It is important to know that during peak holiday seasons additional transit time may occur. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for shipping delays or because the carried did not deliver the package by their estimated delivery date.

Temperature
Please ensure that you are home for delivery of your products. We are not responsible in the event your product is left in the sun. This product may melt or liquify over 75° F. Keep in a cool environment and do not leave in the sun or a hot car. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges if your package is left outside, left in the sun or left in a hot car.

Package Refusal or Return
Please be aware that if a package is refused or returned for any reason, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. There are no exceptions. Orders are shipped to the shipping address that is provided by the customer at checkout. We are not responsible for any customer input errors including incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses. In such cases, the customer will be liable for any and all costs, charges, and fees incurred in returning and reshipping an undeliverable shipment. We are not responsible for returned packages that have failed to be picked up by the customer at the local destination post office or mail room. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Orders that must be reshipped due to customer error are not eligible for the free shipping promotion. If you would like the package reshipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Lost + Stolen Packages
Good Karma SZN is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your items are damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier and follow their process. WE do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges in the event your package is lost or stolen.
