Will your products work on my skin?
Everyone’s skin is a unique creation which means finding the perfect ritual may require patience. We always recommend allowing products 1-3 months to reveal their benefits.

What is the shelf-life of your products?

We take pride in using high quality and non-toxic ingredients without the use of preservatives. To ensure that your products are used within a time of optimal freshness, we recommend using them within 6 months of purchase.

What is organic?
Organic ingredients comply with standards for organic farming, which includes using no pesticides or herbicides, hormones, or antibiotics on the crops. Along with this, organic farming preserves ecological systems and preserves diversity.

Are your products vegan?
Yes they are!

Do your products contain nut oils?
Yes, some of our products contain nut oils.

Do your products contain preservatives?
We take pride in using high quality and non-toxic ingredients without the use of preservatives. To ensure that your products are used within a time of optimal freshness and efficacy, we recommend storing all of our products in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight and using them within 6 months of purchase.

My product color looks different than previous batches. Why is that?
All products are crafted by hand to order to maintain both the freshness and quality. As hard as we strive to duplicate batches, natural color variations will occur from batch to batch. This is completely normal and expected. These variations do not compromise the effectiveness of our products.

Can I use your products while I’m pregnant and/or breastfeeding?
We always recommend consulting with your physician. All ingredients are listed under each product on our website. If you have questions or concerns during pregnancy or breastfeeding, again, we recommend consulting with your physician.

When will my order ship?
Our current processing time is currently 1-7 business days. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following week. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays. Kindly note that processing and shipping times may be longer during times when we are experiencing a higher volume of orders including during sales, promos, or holidays. We appreciate your patience during these times! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

I noticed my shipping address was entered incorrectly. How can I fix this?
While we understand mistakes can happen, please check your information before you place your order. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Orders cannot be changed, and addresses cannot be changed after your order has been placed. Shipping and delivery errors and inquiries must be communicated directly to the shipping courier indicated on your shipping confirmation email.

I need to make an order modification. How can I do this?
We are unable to modify an order once it has been placed, including changing the shipping address, adding items to an order, and removing items from an order.
