Product Care, Shelf-life + Storage for Exfoliate + Polish Rituals: We take pride in using high quality and non-toxic ingredients without the use of preservatives. To prevent contamination and prolong the life of your scrub, always keep water out of the jar and use a spoon to scoop scrub out of the container. Then bring your spoon in the shower with you. Do not bring or store your jar in the shower. Should water get in your container, immediately discard. Store in a cool, dry place with lid tightly sealed, protected from heat and light. Keep away from extreme temperatures. To ensure that your products are used within a time of optimal freshness, we recommend using them within 6 months of purchase.

Always keep water out of the jar to prevent contamination and prolong the life of your soak. Should water get in, immediately discard. Shake thoroughly if any clumping occurs. Do not store in shower. Store in a cool, dry place with lid tightly sealed, protected from heat and light. To ensure that your products are used within a time of optimal freshness, we recommend using them within 6 months of purchase.

Temperature, Consistency + Texture
Temperature can greatly affect the consistency, fill level and even the color of your product. Our scrubs products are made with a butter and oil base and do not contain any binders, fillers, stabilizers, emulsifying agents, or chemicals to maintain their form. This means that in cooler temperatures the base may whip up more, make the fill level appear higher and even make the color appear lighter. Please rest assured, all products are weighed to ensure the correct net weight. When temperatures are warmer, your products may appear “slushier”, have a lower fill level, and appear darker in color. Even natural separation may occur. This is completely normal and expected. If separation occurs, simply stir the scrub until all ingredients are perfectly combined. If you’d like your scrub to have a firmer consistency, simply place it in the refrigerator until it reaches your desired firmness level.

Also note, that scrubs may separate or firm up over time. If your scrub separates or melts, we recommend allowing it to cool to room temperature and stirring it until recombined. If you prefer a firmer consistency, you can refrigerate it for an hour (please ensure your lid is on tightly). If it hardens, once your scrub is scooped out of its container with a spoon and brought into the shower, it should soften and melt upon contact with skin.

This product may melt or liquify over 75° F. Keep in a cool environment and do not leave in the sun or a hot car. Please ensure that you are home for delivery of your products. We are not responsible in the event your product is left in the sun.

Color Variation
All products are crafted by hand to order to maintain both the freshness and quality. As hard as we strive to duplicate batches, natural color variations will occur from batch to batch. This is completely normal and expected. These variations do not compromise the effectiveness of our products.
